For years I would always used nothing but my speaker phone.  The speaker phone was just fine when I was in the office by myself.  However I have expanded my business and no longer am I alone in the office so I was finding that a speaker phone was not a great idea.  So I have made the switch to a Wireless telephone headset.  With the Wireless telephone headset I am able to have hands free conversations without interrupting others in my office.  It took me awhile to get used to wearing the Wireless telephone headset but that was after I tried several different types.  I am pleased with the current Wireless telephone headset I have and have since purchased a couple more for the rest of the office.
