This office needs to stop using the speaker phone and switch to a wireless telephone headset system.  We all get distracted when we hear another conversation going on.  We need to reduce the noise to concentrate.  We also need to hands free to use the computer while taking the orders.  I am going to propose that we switch to a wireless telephone headset to the board during the next meeting.  I believe we can be must more productive with the wireless telephone headset over the speaker phone.
