I need to be hands free when on the phone at w ork.  I have used the speaker phone and it serves the purpose but everyone else can hear the conversation and the client says I sound as if I am in a tunnel.

 

I have switched to a Plantronics telephone headset.  I love it.  It is perfect.  I can hear everything clearly with the Plantronics telephone headset.  And the clients never complain anymore when speaking with me.   The telephone headset does not pick up back round noise either.  I would highly recommend the Plantronics telephone headset to everyone.
